Today my doc took a look at my rash and determined that it is possibly Jessner's Lymphocytic infiltrate, aka Borrelia pseudolymphoma. I guess this is something that happens to some people with Lyme (it also happens to people without Lyme but is hereditary). It is apparently uncommon so I will post a pic of the rash for those interested. If the rash is still present at my next appt we will biopsy to be sure.
I am restarting the LB Core Protocol. In addition, my blepharitis is very bad and I have reddish patches on each of my cheeks. He suspects demodicidosis (or Lyme), so is adding ivermectin, but I have never taken ivermectin before.
I am wondering if there is a way to prepare for a possible herx with the ivermectin. Is there some sort of companion nutrients one should take with ivermectin, like one might take for iodine? Not specifically to make the ivermectin work better, but to lower the toxicity of the die-off?

I can Tell you that sometimes doctors give singular and you take it about Four hours prior to your Lyme med and it keeps the herx reduced because singular reduces inflammation. I have tried other allergy meds but nothing compared
You may want to wait and see jow you react as some have very little herx. Also I was told its very easy to tolerate on the liver compared to most all other meds and anti infection treatments
Nothing though works as well as a giid detox regimen for reducing and even eliminating herx reactions and if you can keep inflammation down your body can heal so much better and faster
I hope you find the med works well for you and a resolution to herx reaction too
Of you look up a thread called Detox Support Thread it was started by me a long time ago and many people added their ideas on detox treatment ideas and techniques

hope this works...if you click on the links it should bring you to the pictures. Basically it's a grouping of small lesions. Some are plaque-like and some are smooth.
This grouping is right above my liver, and you can see in the upper right corner there is brown skin discoloration with clearing around the lesions.
I had this once before in 2008. That time the lesions lasted 5 months before clearing spontaneously. The spots I have now are over my abdomen, chest, one arm - areas that are typically covered by clothing.
