Yes, I have. For me it was candida. Is the coating white?

This is a common problem for people taking antibiotics both long and short-term.

You should tell your LLMD about it the next time you go in. I waited too long with mine and it got farther down in my throat and was really painful. I couldn't swallow anything.

Usually, they will give you Nystatin or Diflucan to get rid of it. I've had mine for over a month. It's very persistent. There are also some natural things you can try.

I get this repeatedly. When the metals move the yeast flares up. I am dong a parasite cleanse and this has been extreme. Taste like I'm chewing on aluminum and feels like I could conduct electricity with my mouth. I don't know what your issues are or what you are using to treat but when I taste the metals I use everything to bind the metals and kill the fungus.
Summer3 is right. Diflucan helped me greatly with this as does eating lots of raw garlic throughout the day.

Misdiagnosed for many years. Treated for many things besides the real issue. Lyme diagnosed April 2008. Parasites diagnosed recently. Past to both my sons. Trying to remain hopeful and thankful.

HI, actually the coating is a yellowish white and it really never goes away... I have been tested for yeast and it was negative.. I have been prescribed the "magic mouthwash" several times which is Nystatin.. It did nothing.. And I also have taken Diflucan frequently and it did nothing:( Also I am not on any abx right now so that can't be the cause of it... ugh just another lovely bonus from this disease I guess:( And Truesun I LIVE on garlic lol! [Smile] I eat a whole clove every day! [Smile]

If it tastes like metal, it is metal.

When you have die-off of any kind, metals are being released. The trick is to catch them with detox agents and binders to move them further and out. It is important to pay attention to that to avoid redistribution and reabsorption elsewhere in other body compartments.

Fungi is part of it, since it is a strong factor with metal toxicity. As metals and fungi is moving, and hopefully moving out, the bacterial and viral problems are much easier to treat.

As Steve1906 posts, The Chinese know what they are doing when it comes to the tongue. The more toxic, poor digestion, gut toxicity, shows up as different colors from brown to yellow, on and on, like a lunar landscape, on the tongue.

When you are cleaned up again, the tongue is a nice pink, clear, without lines, scallops, etc.

Detox also means to clean up the colon.

Take care.
