Hi,

Last I posted, after I was doing quite well for a while, I had stopped all abx meds (Bicillin 3x weekly, Levaquin and Septra) because my gut went big time. Stayed on Babs med malarone, crypto, and Put A- Myco.

C-diff test came back negative thankfully.

But my LLMD wanted to see how I'm doing off abx meds, so he told me to only stay on Levaquin and to stop and see.

I was taking Levaquin, malarone, crypto and A-Myco. and vitamins

I stopped the abx regimen just as my mom had a huge medical crisis, and I nearly lost her after she had chemo treatment.

So add in loads of stress to Lyme and co.

I crashed after two weeks. My Lyme sx back.

My LLMD told me to restart Bicillin and Levaquin-not the Septra because My stomach can't handle three abx.

But still taking herbs, supplements.

I restarted Bicillin about two to three weeks ago, after my three-week abx vacation.

I'm really feeling lousy now, weak, achy and breathing problems back. Vertigo back.

I have such horrible shooting pains in neck, shoulder and arm that Am incapacitated.

Interestingly, most of my nerve and muscle pain is on my right side, from my head down to nerve pain in my toe.

I started psysical therapy now because pain is so bad.

PT says that my neck muscles are stones, and therefore the pain.

Is this a herx after restarting the bicillin and too early to see improvement? Or is the bicillin not working?

Difference in regimen before is that I'm not taking the Septra- Just the bicillin and Levaquin-and I got the crypto from a different source. (reccomended by LLMD)

Is it too early to see any improvement yet? Or is something not working?

And why my breathing problems back?

Also kind of phobic that my gut stay stable.

What do you think?

Way too soon to expect to see results from Bicillin (just my opinion).

I'm on Bicillin, I had taken a 3 month break. Been back on it for 5 going on 6 wks. Symptoms are worse, not better. I'm HERXing.

But, I'm not sure about possible side effects.

Hope others will chime in and give you some more opinions.

Good Luck

I hope youre right, Laura.

Right now, my breathing is not so great.

I've taken bicillin many times before, so I don't think it's allergic reaction.

Unless a herx from micoplasma pneumonia, babs or bart?

It can be viruses harming you .It is good all the time to take something for viruses to .
The best think that you can do for your self is to start zinc manganese selenium and minerals ,B-complex every week one or two shoots. And yes go to jim every other day to boost your immunity .
When I was on the down hill use to be on number of ABX and feel bad most of the days .Remember with all ABX that we are taking our gut is in the bad shape no way it can absorb anything as it should that is whay shots of Bcomplex is a must all this vitamins you need so your body can detox ,fight bacteria and infection.I felt bad when I started all of this but then everyday better and right now just one tablet minocycline in the morning and one in the evening does keap in check and fights infection.

I take B-12 shots every day, and good multivitamins with licorise plus . Someetimes, if I can swallow and am not my stomach is stable, oral B complex vitamins too.

Lyme is also giving me swallowing problems.

The A-Myco, according to what, it says is supposed to boost immunity. cryptolepsis is also supposed to be antiviral.

and loads of probiotics.

IF I was off the bicillin for only three weeks, would I still be herxing like this?

I had been doing well beforehand, so what happened?

Why weren't ketes killed that I should still have such a herx? Do I Still have such a germ load after taking abx for years

Unless the ketes were in cyst form?
