i am trying to walk the one mile around the lake every day. i've missed a couple of days per week to rest. today i came home in real pain. it's my shoulders and hips. i took two alleve and laid down. i have also started humaworm but it's only day two. i can just barely move. does it heat the body temp up and that kills them causing pain or what? -------------------- do not look back when the only course is forward

For me exercise helps me feel better, but only if I work hard enough and long enough to trigger an endorphine release. -------------------- I have Lyme - but it doesn't have me.
