Is anyone familiar with this for high histamine levels? High histamine is a problem for many of us and I am trying to figure out how to naturally lower it safely.

Quercitin for high histamine...don't know what benfothiamine has to do with high histamine tho????

Benfohiamine should not be taken in too high doses as it may ncrease histamine problems if yo have them already. It's better to take not more than 25 mg. also pure vitamin B12 may increase problems. Better take methyl B12.

To speed up histamine breakdown by the body take zinc, some B6 maybe a bit copper. Quercetine is good. Acetylcystein is very bad.

Really good and helpful is SAM which is S-Adenosyl-Methionin but if taken for years check your Homocysteine Levels as SAM may increase it.

Always helped in my case: levocetirizine

Large doses of Vitamin C can have antihistamine properties.
