- It's just easier to use an official teaspoon to measure it out, holding it over the glass of water.
Who can hold their attention span long enough to even count to 120 drops?
But start with just one drop a day for the first day or two. Increase in increments.
I've tried this approach many times but always loose track early on. But, if you are trying to figure out how long a bottle will last, empty the dropper and then count using water to fill an official teaspoon (as opposed to one out of the spoon drawer). -
