Taking all of the above once a day. Depersonalized beyond belief, would continual of these help? On iv, one break in Feb, worse since, would any or combined help. Roceph, zithro, tindamax combo, unreality living. Not nervous about it, just not me. Would the idea be if not caring that much, I can get back? Also, how much magnesium would you take a day? I have caplets of 500 mg. Thanks. Also smilax and samento, no where near recommended dosage yet. smilax 8 drops, samento 6.

Why are you taking Gabapentin and what time of day? Are you having trouble sleeping? There was a big discussion about Gabapentin on these threads about 10 days ago - you should look for that thread and read it. IMO the Gaby is the reason for your "dis-association."

Taurine and Inositol are natural substances (amino acid and B-vitamin), which shouldn't pose problems.

Magnesium, I would start with half of one of those 500 mg tabs - but that's just me, as I am a very slightly built woman. Your body will let you know if you've had enough when/if you get very loose stools.

On the other hand, Magnesium is great for "the shakes" and promotes the "resting stage" of muscles, which might help a racing heart. So dosing is very individualized.

Was there a reason you went off the IV? For someone who has been sick 25+ years, I would think that would be the best course of action. Especially since you say you felt better when you were doing it.

Let us know if you make any changes, and how you're doing? Thanks.

Gaba or Gabapentin? Gabapentin can mess with your mind, Gaba shouldn't.

I found a website called neuroscience.net but they don't seem to make supplements.

Can you give me some direction, Tricia?
