I'm not sure I've had any benefit. I take 4 mg day, and have for several months. My CD57 has only gone up 3 or 4 points on it after months of tx.... Perhaps others see a benefit.

It is fantastic. I had trouble when I first started with frequent urination which was probably stirring up FL1953. My thyroid went very hyper about 3 months ago so I decided I should give it another try. I started treating the FL bug about the same time.
My thyroid returned to normal and I am not taking any medication for it at all. I have a normal body temperature for the first time in my life. I have more energy and motivation. My mind is clear. I can think.
As I said I am also treating protomyxzoa with stromectol and the low fat vegan diet. I got the complete methy cycle panel done and am treating that which also requires a vegan diet low in sulphur.
That is all I am doing. I am afraid to say this and jinx myself, but I feel close to well. I want to stay on the ivermectin 4 months before I quit it. I hope I will be able to control it with diet and the supplements.

LDN seems to aggravate my situation quite a bit. Seems to increase my inflammation instead of decreasing it. Not sure why.

I tried LDN for several months but I did not notice any benefit from it.

I have reduced pain resulting in needing fewer pain meds. Just be sure you don't run out. Due to a miscommunication between my compounding pharmacy and my LLMD I ran out for a few days and could really tell the difference, not in a good way.

If you do a search for LDN under Medical Questions, you'll find several discussions which could also be helpful.
