Any problems getting a doctor to do a TEE test on heart or liver biopsy to check for damage?

Had/have it.
HArd to say what symptoms were from Q-fever and which ones were from lyme/babs... Still don't know.
Was on Doxy /Plaq. for about 6 months - 300-400 mg.s/day and I felt 75-90% better during that time.
I did see a cardiologist for an echo et al and see him for follow ups. Everything looked okay except my ejection fraction was borderline low, which is odd because I am an endurance athlete.
My titers stay in the very low range and was told it is an acute infection.

I also have Q Fever and being treated with doxy and plaq soon to add another. I also have a hard time knowing what symptoms are lyme and which are Q Fever. I've felt fairly crappy the entire time on doxy. I know one guy whose LLMD is treating lyme and other co-infections in hopes that the immune system will strengthen and take care of the Q Fever.
