For those of us who have gained weight and would like to restart our metabolisms.........anyone out there have any luck with either of these two products. I dont have much info but Dr. Oz has mentioned both on his show a few times.
My LLMD just told me about them but they havent had much feedback on them yet. Wondering if they work. I just ordered them myself so I'll keep u posted.

Silly question...
Do you eat or heat the coffee beans? What is raspberry ketone?
Let me know if it works!

You eat them in the raw form I believe....roasting them removes the chlorogenic acid...that's what works to inhibit the release of glucose in the body and increases the metabolic process in the liver.
It is very low in caffiene only 20 mg instead of the 100mg you get in regular coffee. Theres a video from dr oz show if you youtube both products.
Raspberry ketones causes the fat within your cells to get broken up more effectively, helping your body burn fat faster.
I'll def keep you posted ..if anyone has used either or both let me know..also im trying to find info on using both at the same time.
Both supposedly have zero side effects....im hoping that's true. Lord knows I dont need any. lol

Started taking the green coffee recently and like them. They test excellently with ART and since I am working on detoxing heavy metals, which are stored in the fat, I am adding the Diatomaceous Earth as a binder. Chlorognic acid is also in Cilantro which is an excellent, but not as gentle heavy metal detoxer. Chlorogenic acid is also in artichokes.
You need to be sure to take a binder. I cannot emphasize binders enough because without binders you are recirculating and redepositing the neurotoxins, including toxic metals, again and again. I don't think people pay enough attention to binders --- they avoid a lot of miserable feeling when lowering the parasitic or bacterial loads or during any detoxing efforts. You cannot detox without binders. Mobilizing is not enough.
Yes, no side effects, but you are stirring things up with the coffee bean extract and I make sure that I take the binders to move the toxins out of the body. I can feel the effects after a week of taking the coffee bean capsules.
I take the second capsule late at night and have not the slightest trouble sleeping. I have not taken the raspberry ketones, because I know I have stored toxins over many years and I don't want to overdo it. Usually, gently does it. Remember, that neurotoxins are stored in the fat.
Take care.

I just saw a naturopath yesterday and she told me she doubted they would do anything.
