Think I've been going too fast. Since Saturday liver area discomfort. I wasn't taking enough liver support either.

What do I do now besides stop rifing?

Anything I can take for super liver support.

I am drinking tons of water. [bonk]

Bummer. Hope you feel better soon.

REST is your best friend right now. Maybe a warm bath for no more than 20 minutes. Not hot, just cozy warm. But, REST is the best, really.

Lie down as much as you can so the liver has an easier time of it -- and when you move, do so gently.

Tai Chi sort of exercise is best, slow, meditative and it will help with circulation even at a turtle's pace. Do this twice a day, at least for 5 minutes to a half hour.

You tube has some videos. Qi Gong may be better, though, if you don't want to turn your head so much.

If you walk, just STROLL. STROLLING is very good, actually.

Don't push physical activity as that can push the liver too much right now. And, even a warm bath could be too much pushing of the liver. So just check in with your body if you are thinking about that.

"Tons" of water may not be so good, depending upon the definition. No more that a gallon a day. Three quarts is about right most of the time. And replenish minerals and electrolytes - and all other nutrients, too, so the water does not wash them all away.

Do not drink large amounts of water at one time. Spread it out throughout the day. Green Tea is also nice.

You likely have this information, but just in case:

Have you been rifing for LYME? If so, that's to be no more than every 12 days. Other things can be "rifed" more often but always end with 10K - always.

And you can rife on 10K now, every day. That frequency is soothing for the liver and helps decrease inflammation.

As for what else you can take? Too many supplements can also stress the liver. "More" is not always better - unless you need more but it's hard to say how much more, or just what else.

If a liver suffers a blow or trauma (or too much rifing or too much Rx, etc.) sometimes, it just takes TIME for the liver to process metabolic waste & heal from that -

- and we just support it at a reasonable rate and degree. Better support is in place BEFORE as it's much harder to support after damage than prevent it beforehand.

With a herx, though, specific things can help, even if after the trauma. See detail below.

Wish you had a LL ND who could advise. Some detail here may be of help.
