I have taken it on and off several times. I did not notice an appreciable difference on it.
But I have taken a LOT of supplements and it gets really hard to tell what is working and what is not.
I think taking GLA has helped more than chaste tree for me.
I get really bad fibrous breasts, and treatment resistant migraines around my period.

I took it for a while, and it helped to relieve hot flashes.
You can find many reviews for it at iHerb.com.

I took it, and for some weird reason, it made me sleep and sleep and sleep...not a typical reaction by any means. My body reacts to everything strangely.

I took it for a while and it really helped with my hormones. I hadn't had a period in 3 years and after a month of the chaste tree berry, they started again.
I had done hormone replacement and they didnt work...so i'd say the herb it worked for me!
