I also have hashimoto and adrenal problems. The symptoms are so confusing i think now main symptoms are only thyroid/adrenal? But to be honest the fatigue is out of this world... its confusing because the symptoms ARE the same and thyroid hormones do a LOT for me.

Taking Adrenal support herbs may help with the fatigue. You need to heal the adrenals before you will have luck with the thyroid because they are interconnected

It is not possible to heal the adrenals without also getting rid of the culprit -- the toxic heavy metals. The hormone glands, the thyroid being just one of them, is plugged up by the metal toxins and therefore is unable to produce what you need.
It is necessary to treat parasites first. It is important to rule out KPU, because metal detoxing is not likely to work while you suffer from KPU. It (KPU) is very fixable with CORE. The dead parasites will release the toxic metals and you will at that point have to do some toxic metal clearing. It can take a few or many months.
Taking sufficient and good binders is halfway there. Diatomaceous Earth is a good one. So is chlorella.
Best to you.
