Those of you who are feeling tipsy / lightheaded, what do you do to deal with it?

Anything to help feel better?

My husband says it gets so bad, he feels sick on the stomach...... as if he was seasick on dry land!

He is treating Babesia.

It's terrible. Nothing helped me except laying down and sleeping. I did 4.5 months of mep/zith and started to feel a little better but then the mepron side effects got to me so bad that I had to stop. I'm starting to get it again, sadly. hang in there!

I've had this too. I had to stop Mepron and then restart really slow. It eventually eased off but I still get it when I herx from a change in meds.

I never found a solution except lying down and doing a lot of detox.

You may want to search postings for "vertigo" and see if there are supplements which can help.

For the tipsiness, I think just treating babesia is what helps.

For the lightheadedness, thermatabs helped A LOT.

I've had two different things cause me to feel tipsy. Encephalopathy caused this and I treated this with Iv rocephin. I also had a type of unsteadiness feeling like I needed to hold onto something and that was caused by low vitamin d.
