my llmd said mthfr would be treated with co q 10, sublingual b12, and methyl folate. Does this sound right?
For those of you who have treated mthfr how long did it take to get better after starting treatment?

yes go to facebook and the MTHFR Gene Mutations..page ..there is a lot of info there or go to MTHFR.net and there is protocols....stop taking folic acid and start taking the right kind of folinic acid as you mentioned above...Folapro is a good...the B12 must be the methyl type or the hydroxy if you are really sensitive...you will start moving toxins and heavy metals when doing this so start by taking a quarter of the folinic acid and ramp up slowly...
