Has anyone had good results using herbs for babs?
Cryptolepis, Sida Acuta, Artemesia Annua?

I would like to know this as well. I was able to tolerate mepron, but it was the macrolide you need to have with it that were a problem for me (ototoxic).

sida acuta seems to be keeping my symptoms at bay. i've only been using it for a couple of weeks, so i can't speak to it other than my short experience.
i'm planning to get cryptolepis and rotate the two.

I couldn't tolerate any of the antimalarials due to severe GI issues (of all things).
I'm now taking 1/2 ivermectin, 1 drop sida acuta (woodland essence brand) and artemesinin 5 days on/5 days off.
Have had really good progress with these, though it's slow. Can't tolerate higher doses well and have to ramp up really slowly. They will kick your bottom!
Been treating babesia since late summer/early fall.

I'm phasing off Mepron/Zith this week when bottle is dry. My LLMD discussed changing over to Alinia, or Cryptolepis after a one week break. I brought up using sida acuta too.
I've decided to try to finish up Babs with the Buhners herbal protocols. If that don't work then its Alinia.

I am much better after using Cryptolepis, caprylic acid, artemisinin, boluoke, folic acid, nystatin, \
HEA, bio-Identical hormones, and other things. Nystatin is the only drug I am on.
I used these in rotations. I also do enemas, walk, sleep, saunas, foot baths, SCD diet, and positive thinking.
I also listen to Joyce Meyers every morning at 7:30 a.m. to set my day right.
She is a very good one to put things in perspective and gets me to look at the world in a
positive way and as a Christian I feel more confident knowing there is a bigger force in my life.

The best helpers I have had are : artemesia annua by Herb Pharm , GSE liquid drops, ivermectin, and a cheap tincture for parasites by NOW - Fresh Green Walnut Wormwood Complex , and add to that cloves capsules 4-6 daily.
I think these have helped me far more than ABX or anything else .

Liquid GSE (Agrisept-L) has cured babesia for my family but when we get reinfections, we found the Dr. K cocktail works faster so we take both. The Dr. K cocktail has liposomal artemisinin which worked when the regular did not for us.
Cryptolepsis did not do much for us. Enula helped some of us but we also used the GSE which is more effective against babs.
A year of Mepron/zith/artemisinin could not cure our babs so we switched to herbs.

Old thread of mine. I fought babesia twice, mostly with herbs as Riamet (coartem) didn't work (I just took it 3 days)....
Second babesial infection was worse, stronger, but it went also dormant with herbs only. A bit complicated mix of herbs, but it did stay dormant until today, many years from that.
