I usually take 1 capsule of oil of oregano here and there for yeast, maybe once a week. I doubled up on the caps day before yesterday and I feel so awful.
Super hot and then kinda chilled, weak and foggy heade and stuffed ears. This has been worse than abx and I can't help but wonder what it could be hitting to feel this way?

I don't think I am sick as in cold or whatnot, at least no one else has it and it was brought on immediately after oil of oregano.

I wondered the same thing. I was recently put on Oregaresp for yeast and immediately felt sick after.

From my understanding oil of oregano kills just about everything: yeast, bacteria, parasites etc.

Last time I took it I had a terrible herx.

I hear you, OregaResp made me flare with just one capsule a day for a few days in a row.
I believe it's quite potent and hits candida, viruses, and some bacteria. Good stuff if you can handle it!

OMG! I just came here to look for OoO experiences and saw this. I am having the exact same issue. I took two capsules yesterday and today and I feel AWFUL. This has been way worse than any antibiotics and antifungals I have ever taken! I almost feel ER kind of sick.

I gave some to my daughter for a cold and it didn't even make her flinch. She feels fine other than the cold. But it makes me feel like I'm dying.

Yes, Oil of Oregano is very strong and kills many different pathogens. I'm not surprised you experienced a herx...

Just took this stuff last week as I had a cold that went into bronchitis. Man the stuff is strong and you should always start at the lowest dose and work your way up. I took the tincture under my tongue. Will always have this stuff on hand as I am a true believer it works.
