Hi everyone! I started dry skin brushing a few days ago once a day.
2 days ago I started having more intense neuro symptoms (dizziness, off balance and general weirdness) and some strange muscular pain in the chest area (I see my cardio this week so I will consult with him too).
Is it possible that this is a herx from the dry skin brushing? It seems awfully fast but I wasn't sure if it was possible.
Thanks in advance!

Never have done this but I can't see any reason for a herx from it.
As you know, tickborne disease symptoms can come and go for no apparent reason. Also, herx from previous med usage can occur, sometimes predictably, sometimes not.

Probably more like a detox reaction. You move lymph fluids when you dry brush. Make sure you are drinking plenty of healthy fluids like after a massage to flush the toxins.

The first few times I did dry brushing, I felt very sick immediately after . My doctor said it's because I was very toxic. The sickness eventually went away. But, besides feeling sick, I didn't have any other symptoms.
I also found I don't have to use a brush. A dry towel is actually more pleasant.
