hey i think its either from the zink or from the toxins. zink and other stuff in "the core" lower cortisol and i have very low cortisol. i did not supplement cortisol today and i feel like CRAP after taking the core i feel cold, achy and im depressed and angry at the same time. very strange.

now you guys will say its either metals being released. so i took a high dose of activated charcoal and it didnt help a bit. i just did some ALA now too just to see if there is any change.

or it could be just the "core" lowering my already super low cortisol.

did anyone here have chills etc. /depression and insane mood swings when starting the core? i did not have a positive hpu test by the way, but an ART practitioner tested me for "2-4 caps" whatever that means... whenever i start it, i feel WORSE.

i cant say i had depressiob but raging anxiety, wicked fatigue and really sore muscles...but that all started on 2 capsules about 10 days in...i am now at 4 caps and 8 weeks in...it has gotten easier but not easy.

that said i beleive it is working....in my opinion you have to triple your detox efforts...i am doing more now than anytime in my illness and its keeping me functioning. i either do an enema(dont laugh until you try it), sauna or bath everyday and some day 2 of those 3.

Doing CORE, you are moving toxic metals and other toxins. You need to be on binders and possibly enemas, colonics to dispose of what you are mobilizing with CORE as quickly as possible.
Do not blame it on Zinc or any of the ingredients, the lack of which have contributed to our becoming more and more toxic to begin with.

I would stay clear of saunas and baths with add-ons at this early stage, because you will be mobilizing even more toxins. If the body is signaling overload already, pay attention to clearing it out of the body and not adding more to it right now. Google Klinghardt protocols that I have posted many times over the years.

The best are colonics and drainage support remedies - Lavage is a good one with everything in it. Galactose at Biopure helps to clear brain.
Liver and Kidney support is going to help.
