So I have been doing pretty well lately, some days feeling almost normal. I've been on the same protocol for about 5 months I really felt like I beat down most infections
However just this past week I started getting muscle twitches especially in my calf and much more achy muscles in arms and legs (my calf burns). I've been on rifampin for 5 months with no problems
Can yeast cause this? I haven't been so good lately on the sugar front.
Only other thing I added was liposomal artimisin 4 weeks ago- had a mild herx when I first took it- hot then cold and fluish but only lasted an hour. And I started Enula a few weeks ago with no problem.

Did you email your doctor to ask if one of your coinfections could be flaring?

I talk to my LLMD tues. I'm treating Bart (rifampin) and babs (IV clindy and artimisinin) plus crypto, and enula So not sure why they would be flaring now
What else does liposomal art hit besides babs?

Could be hitting G.I. parasites. Parasites can cause twitching especially when they are dying and also live in the tissue. You might want to consider antiparasitics such as Ivermectin or herbs such as Parastroy.
This is a co-infection often not addressed properly even by the best LLMDs. Google parasite symptoms.
