Does anyone have a good probiotic and prebiotic that is good and only one pill? If not what is a good brand of both to buy. Going back on abx for a sinus infection so want the best so maybe I can finish without the runs or nausea.. tks

I started on Clindamycin for a sinus infection last week. Day 6 and stomach is starting to get bloated and some pain. No other gastro problems at this point.

I have found in the past that pre-biotics made my yeast issues worse. I rotate; VSLds//Metragenics UltraFlora/Healthy Trinity/Jarrow and Custom Probiotics.

Also taking liquid compounded Nystatin and Diflucan every other day.

Theralac has a prebiotic. Some do not tolerate prebiotics well.

I use Custom Probiotics and fermented vegetables.

I use TruFiber, which I think is a prebiotic (at least that's what my doc called it--it's a powder, and I mix 1 scoop with a glass of water daily)..For probiotics, I like Custom Probiotics Adult Formula. I also eat naturally fermented, raw sauerkraut daily.
