I know dreaming is healthy, but it doesn't stop all night. I remember all stories, constant. even closing my eyes for 5 to 10 minutes, i dream and wake up feeling more depersonalized and the whole day is shot/night. I'm doing the regular stuff and it doesn't change. No new Meds except I reduced my salt intake for a salt condition and they're even more. Thanks, any ideas?

Psych meds can cause you to dream a lot. I do the same thing. Seems like I dream all night, and if I wake up and go back to sleep, dreaming starts back very quickly. My psychiatrist says its the antidepressant.

Sorry you are being disturbed by these dreams. I've also had some, and they are so real it is unbelievable. All night long. Also sleeping more hours now. Linked? If so I have no clue why it is happening.
I do know the hormone melatonin can make this happen. Could be your natural levels are returning to more normal? I have no clue. Just trying to toss out something for you.
