How about taking her to Dr. B in NJ? He is a LL psychiatrist and might be able to help her manage the herxing.

IMO if it's overwhelming, over the top anxiety, it's bart. If benzo's aren't working, low dose narcotics may help. Both are bad and addictive but if it's stopping you from treating, I think you need to try anything.

I don't know about IV zith, but one of the side effects of the oral version is anxiety.
