Hello, I am going to get a colonic done next week...never had one, and I've read different things on here before about taking certain things before or after them...any advise from colonic veterans would be be great.

I was instructed to eat light the day before (salads). Nothing processed. Also, gluten, sugar free, easy on the carbs. Drink plenty of water. Since I eat like this most of the time anyway, it's not a problem for me.
I guess you could take a binder if you wanted to. You just don't want to get constipated.

I got one a few weeks ago. I did nothing to prepare for it since I just did it out of the blue. I actually ate right before it.
Best decision I've made in a while. It's like hitting the reset button on your digestive system.

Take a lot of probiotics afterwards and drink electrolytes before and after. You will probably feel a lot better and have more energy!
