I haven't had any problem with cordyceps, but I don't tend to have stomach problems to begin with. Cordyceps is not fiberous, but rather like a ground herb. To me it tastes like the mushrooms you find in chinese food takeout. Yum!
I did have quite an increase in concentration and visual accuity when first starting out (1/2 tsp BID), but that seems to have dissipated somewhat. There is no way I could reach the amounts suggested by Buhner without jumping over the moon!
