Hi al,
I am developing the "blah" feeling when taking the water solution. I heard mixing it with anything hot is a no no. What do you all mix it with ? Thank you.

Hi,

Not sure what you are taking it for but I am assuming a biofilm protocol?

When I tried it with lactoferrin, I put the crystals in a 1 oz tupperware container.

I took the crystals like one would a shot of alcohol. I chewed them around for a bit in my mouth and then chased with water.

Not sure if this is the correct way to do it, but I hate sweet things-drinking it in a drink was not an option for me.

Hi Susan,

No, not in the least.

The lactoferrin is very expensive.

I found sea salt and vitamin C is 10 times cheaper and worked 10 times better for me.

I take it with filtered cold water, but my protocol calls for Lactoferrin for one week. It has caused herxing. Then it is followed by 2 weeks Cefdinir; lots of herxing. First month of this protocol, we shall see.

Also, my doc wanted distilled water...but I just do filtered.
