this recent flu has eyepain as a hallmark of the disease. Watch your symptoms and go to the doctor if you get a fever. Otherwise, could be babs or bart.

I have all that as well and hit got much worse with a recent round of Diflucan, much worse. I also just had the flu and it did indeed make it worse also.
I had a guess it was parasites and LLND mentioned the mold angle.
Tricia, do you have trouble waking up during the night and any tics in your face, or teeth pain??

No, I am trying to get to the bottom of it. It is getting worse and worse. I am worried about my eyes the most. I have had this since April 2013. The symptoms are mostly in the head and face. I am also very fatigued.

I've had sinus issues since the very beginning of this nightmare in 2002.
It affected my balance really badly. Also my vision. Inflammation of the sphenoid sinuses (located behind the eyes) will cause vision issues and pain in the back of your head.
In my case it is inflammation caused by severe allergies that I never had prior to this.
Since treating the inflammation, my balance has GREATLY improved and my vision has improved a lot too. Praise God!

Wow, I definitely have those symptoms. I never had them before until I started treating for Bart, about 1.5 months in with Rifampin, doxy, hydroxychloroquine and cefuroxime. I now have terrible head pressure everywhere in my head, but especially behind my eyes. I also get very bad headaches The only infection i tested positive for was bartonella I really hope it goes away soon, it is terrible

Also, why would it surface now while on Bart tx. if i never had it before? Otherwise, the meds have been helping, especially with my muscle twitching
