I now have itching on my chin and around mouth, and jaw that coinside with where the pain is inside jaw and in my mouth around teeth. After itching I sometimes get little tiny pimples that dry up quickly and go away. I also am having throat pain to touch front of my neck and a fake hiccup often. These symptoms happen in early morning hours in bed. Strange stuff.

Wow..Have you had any dental work done recently? Any change in your toothpaste or dental health/hygiene? Very odd. Some sort of allergy?

Omg, no. I have never had a tooth filled or tooth pain in my life. Came out of NOWHERE. I have been crying and begging for mercy with this pain. I have not chnged toothpaste, but am going to buy some Sensodyne on the way home today to see if I can get even a little relief.

I had bad face and jaw pain... not sure if it's the same as you describe. But once my LLMD increased my lyme med it went away. It was some type of herx.

That does sound awful. I have been researching bart lately and it causes gingivitis in cats and sores in the mouth and throat as well as pimples on the outside of the mouth. Seems like that might cause tooth pain as well.
PR causes tooth and jaw pain but I think it is more like nerve pain. You can get sores on the scalp (I never had any).

It could also be a reaction to a drug you are taking, like Bactrim.

Well, I thought about the drugs I am taking and I do not take Bactrim yet. I did go off my vitamin D and B6 after reading about teeth pain from those and so far nothing has changed. I am hoping though. I guess something I read said that folks that have Proto, can feel sick on high doses of D. I have read that a few places now. Could that be for me???? We shall see.

Cattail, I am so sorry you have to go through this. It sounds horrible. Have you ever tried 'oil pulling'? It has helped many with dental pain and even reversed some infections.
If you prefer a water pik machine over the oil pulling, you can add a few drops of peroxide in the water and it might help to kill some of the bad bacteria in there as well.
