Do you brush your teeth after eating and floss once a day? That's what I've been told to do in order not to have teeth problems develop.

I've seen 2 biological dentists in this healing journey both were totally out to make money.
One who I did a consult with even said I needed to come in and get my teeth cleaned twice (in other words, make 2 appointments right after each other because my teeth were "dirty")!
I had just had my teeth cleaned at another dental office and this made no sense. They felt clean and seemed clean to me.
They also wanted me to do ozone ear treatments at $100 a pop, but said they could give me a discount if I paid for 6 up front. They were trying to convince me it would help with Lyme, but could give no estimates as to how long I would have to do them.
They did one at the consult and it wound up causing horrible ear dryness, pain and itching that took months to go away.
I'd get a second opinion. I had one dentist say I needed 4 fillings.
I went to other dentists and it turns out I didn't need any fillings for several years after the first assessment.

bartonella causes havoc to the teeth and gums.
Use xylitol as a sugar substitute. It kills the bacteria that cause plaque. Cistus is good too and it also gets rid of biofilm through out the body.

Get a second opinion if you can. Have you been tested for Celiac? that can cause a lot of teeth problems.

Your dentist should be able to point out the decay on the xrays or if it's more obvious, with a mirror. Sometimes it's hard to see but you can almost always see that it does not look completely normal.
