Hi. I just got the rife machine and I don't even know where to start. Are there groups to join? How did you start? Thanks.

The rife group on this site moved to facebook, you will find it under "rifing lyme" Lots of material to read and most use the gb4000. Plenty of people to help.

You can start by running 612 Hz for Lyme for one minute. See what happens to get a baseline for further treatment.
