I second the Vit D and the elderberry. You can buy the berries and make your own tea. More effective.

Ginger tea gets rid of congestion. Steep sliced fresh ginger in hot water, with some cinnamon and lime juice, drain and drink. Drink several cups per day.

Could look up other ginger tea recipes online. Have a wonderful wedding!

I wouldn't try anything new and unfamiliar this close to the wedding. I would just treat the cold the old fashioned way. Plenty of fluids and chicken soup.
