But if they are that bad make sure you talk to good doc about it cuz it can be serious

Red Root is good!
I use a tincture-try to evaporate the alcohol off.
(It also helps cellulite-bonus!)
Dry brushing is really great also!
Both are gentle.
I find lymph drainage massage is too intense for my body to recover from.

Cold Laser Lymphatic Drains if Possible with the vibration tool to do a final push
I have lymphoma and the cold laser and vibrational tool is most affective but you have to find a practitioner if you don't own one.
Rebounding is great and Dry bruising and massages also and all the above ideas. Tons of water if you do do a push of the lymphs
