Other than not quite having my cognitive abilities back to normal, I feel pretty good. EXCEPT during my periods. What's up with that?
Also, about two weeks ago I started get red, itchy eyes, swollen eyes, congestion and sneezing fits mostly at night. So much so, that I have to sleep almost upright...when I can actually sleep.
I became highly allergic to cats about a 1.5 yrs ago (allergy asthma) and we had to give our cats away. Once the house was well cleaned, I got better. It's been a year, but now it seems like almost the exact same symptoms are back, just not quite as bad. Checked the air conditioning unit in our bedroom, cleaned it thoroughly...but still having issues.
Any thoughs?

You're yeasty which makes regular allergies multiply tenfold. Or perhaps there's some mold someplace in the house.
If you already take allergy meds, I'll give you advice my Allergist gave me. try taking 24 hour allergy meds later in the day, so they are in full force when you need them most - in the evening when your body is tired and your immune system is down a bit. Even though they are supposed to be time release, there is some fadeoff near to the end of the 24 hour cycle.
Additionally, Zaditor (now OTC) works wonderfully well for allergy eyes - it's an antihistamine for your eyes.
Check for mold and address yeast would be my advice.

Thanks, you're probably right, on both accounts. Because I take tricyclic antidepressants, I cannot take ANY allergy meds.
