If I something does not make sense it is my eyes. The Drs say I need corneal transplants. I am almost certain my face is what has biofilm all over it. My eyelashes look like they have puss in them all this is when wet. Not one Dermatalogist has looked at my skin wet. It is milky white and I cannot get it off. I have used everything. I have taken some enzymes and even bought some to bath in by the case. My money is getting thin with this move to NC next week. Would a LLD be able to help with this? All my skin use to burn so bad that I would scream in pain until I got my MD to give me a script for ketazanol shampoo and that helped with the burning some but my face when wet looks like it has milk on it. This will sometimes cause sores where the film stays on. All my mucus membranes are gritty like. I see some enzymes people are taking and I need to be sure this will help because of my money. Please Please let me know what is the has helped most people and if any LLDs help with this? SE

Sounds like you may be suffering from mold exposure. Statchybotris does stuff like that, to the skin anyway. The enzymes that people take thin the blood and help break down biofilm there. I don't think it would be helpful for the skin.
It sounds to me that it could be some kind of fungus. I'm sure others will chime in. I hope you can find an answer to the problem with your eyes. My eyes are affected too. But in my case it's a bad case of Bart.

If an eye doc says you need corneal transplants then there has been actual damage to your eyes. It could be infectious (bacterial) or fungal.
The eyes like the brain need antioxidants. Lack of vitamin C can eventually lead to cataracts for example - but of course that takes many years to develop.
You may actually need steroid drops to your eyes to save your vision. I think an eye specialist is needed, but also an LLMD to prescribe antibiotics for lyme if needed while you take the steroids for your eyes if that is indicated.
You don't want to lose your vision and whatever is causing the eye issues needs to be a top priority in regards to treatment. Enzymes etc are more for preventative and maintenance purposes - not so much for acute problems like yours.
This is not medical advice, just my opinion.
Buhner suggests using an eye wash made from the herb stephania for eye problems in the book Healing Lyme.
