Anyone ever pass undigested food from herxing?

Not sure. But definitely had lots of undigested food for the last several years. Broccoli florets and nuts and seeds seemed to be the worst. TMi?

Been about two weeks since finishing Alinia and looks like food is digesting better now.

Full super closest to earth moon is Sunday... and my gut is very aware of this fact.

Do you have any digestive enzymes? Maybe mix some in...

Probiotics...need loading doses!!! Try 5 capsules of "Essential Formulas" 30 min. prior to meals 2x/day with a full glass of water...until the box is gone.

Abx. do a "number" on our "good guys"!!!

Also...use digestive enzymes prior to meals until you can make them yourself once again.

B12 deficiency? Needs "intrinsic factor" in stomach so absorbed in small intestine.
