I like hydrilla verticillata powder, now the only brand I am aware of that sells it is Lotus Foods (there used to be another).

Be sure to take more magnesium than calcium.

Yes, I always do take much more magnesium. Thanks for the input everyone.
I decided to go with New Chapter Bone Strength take care. I also liked Innate Response Bone care but couldn't find the carbohydrate info for it. I actually found it on one site and it was off the wall high, but I don't think the numbers were accurate.
