Hi All: what do you guys know about these herbals?
I have been taking a 1/2 a pill of this supp. for the past week at about 8pm (along with my reduced ambien at 10;30) And I have been sleeping very well. And even dreaming! And I am waking ip feeling more refreshed.
any concerns with combining at low doses do you think?

- You ask if there might be a concern with combining with ambien? It's hard to know. I have major concerns with even taking ambien. Still, I recognize you are trying to decrease ambien and trying to find a way to do that - without shocking your body. This seems to be working.
You seem to have done well with this past week with your wise gradual changes. So, it's probably okay and likely helpful support for your body. You are "reading" your own body.
Good move to have separated them by an hour or two, too. Be sure there is at least one full glass of water between them, too.
Still, if you know a N.D. though or someone trained in herbal medicine, do ask them. I'm not sure about combining but anything you can do to reduce and then avoid ambien eventually would be good. Hope this continues to be your ticket to good sleep.
These are all very much food / nutrients and are not psychoactive substances so it seems all should be quite well.

Enzymatic Therapy is a top notch manufacturer. Appears to contain five excellent helpers here.
Excellent formula - especially since it also contains L-Theanine so you've got a triple hitter there with the two excellent herbs and that amino acid - and plus phosphatidylserine.
It also contains aerial part extract for Epimedium - looks good. [I would NOT combine this with Viagra, though as it has a small amount of something similar in it.]
