I think it's one of the supps recommended by Dr. B. I took it in the recent past to try and help with cognitive issues before I knew I had lyme.
Thanks for a reminder, I still have a bunch and have been meaning to start on it again.

I didn't have neuropathy then, but I do have some now. It will be nice if it helps.

I took it. I didn't notice much difference. If it did anything it was pretty mild.

My a Dad was on Gabepentin for his neuropahy and it was starting to make him very dizzy. I started him on this along with alpha lipoic acid in place of the Gabepentin and his neuropahy has not come back. He has been on it for about one year now.
