Hi All

I had tendonitis and bursitis in my hips and D-Ribose helped with this. I have to watch the amount I take and not take it on an empty stomach or it gives me a stomach ache. I take the Now brand. Hope this helps someone.

fyi I was given d-ribose when I was recovering from complete bowel obstruction.
