I was reading that some people are using Alinia because it crosses the blood brain barrier but not sure what infections it is used for. Thanks.

Alinia really made me herx big time, as did Albenza. I have a bunch of it sitting from about 9 months back. Still trying to work up to taking more. I couldn't get further than 2 weeks at a time with them. I think proto is what is keeping many of us sick.
What is a good dose to get to with Alinia, and what is a good way to ramp up?

I take 1500-2000/day for babesia. It's helpful but definitely not enough on its own.

Thank you. I was on 1000 a day by itself and felt that something else should have been added.

I was advised to take it long and slow. I'm taking 250 with meals morning and night. I was told to do this for twenty days, then take 3-5 day break, repeat for total of 3 maybe 4 rounds.
