This is a very recent shocking finding to emerge from the work of Dr Alan MacDonald, who is using state-of-the-art DNA probes called Molecular Beacons to detect Borreliosis infection in human tissue and body fluid samples.
Although this aspect is not mentioned, this recent poster by Dr MacDonald shows some of his latest results.
The additional finding of the genetic material of BOTH Borrelia burgdorferi and Borrelia miyamotoi in THE SAME SPIROCHAETE is at once both illuminating and terrifying.
These are two different bacteria, one the bug traditionally thought of as "the cause" of Lyme; the other, a more-recently discovered bacterium which is part of the relapsing fever group of Borrelia, not the Lyme group.
Why is DNA from both present in one organism's genome? How did it get there? Is this a freak of nature, or a smoking gun of something more sinister?
And what does it mean for diagnosis? NONE of the currently-used serological tests for Lyme are set up to detect Miyamotoi proteins. Does this bizarre hybrid organism produce proteins from both?

Lyme Borreliosis infection as we know it today is most certainly the result of biowarfare engineering. I haven't seen evidence that it was released deliberately, but there is a ton of evidence suggesting it leaked into the environment due to appallingly negligent standards of biocontainment at biowarfare labs like Plum Island, which lies right across the water from Lyme, Ct..
I have been studying that subject for over ten years now, and have a website mostly devoted to the topic at www.elenacook.org
What evidence have you seen suggesting the Spanish flu was created/spread by human hand? That is a new one on me.

Please see my other post on Sr M's work today - I am now having severe problems with interference with and censorship of communications re the Molecular Beacon DNA probes finding Borrelia in autopsy Alzheimer brain tissue, and the chimeric Borrelia containing mixed DNA of both Bb and B. miyamotoi.
