I had been having the sensation of water running under the skin of my legs which my Llmd said is a Babesia sx. She recommended Artemisinin So I took artemisinin until it started giving me stomach aches so I switched to Sida Acuta which is now recommended for Babesia instead of Artemisinin on Planet Thrive.
I've been taking Sida Acuta for nine days now and have worked up to nine drops 2x/d and today I felt the water running in the skin of my legs again. Does anyone know if that could be a Herx or maybe I'm not taking enough?

I think it's more that babs just doesn't go away easily. It's a trial and error thing for most people. Malarone or mepron help along with the herbs. Just keep plugging away at it.
As far as what causes stiff knees, I think it's lyme on me.

Lyme for my knees. I like taking turmeric for it, also lymph drainage massage has been helpful.
