I asked this on another thread, but I was interested in a good probiotic for those who take to supplement with antibiotics?

My favorite is still Custom Probiotics CP-1. I also add in Prescript Assist now and then and some Florastor now and then to balance.

VSL#3, Theralac or Probiotic 225
Rotate which one you take now and then. Also, works best for me if taken with a digestive enzyme.

My ND recommended Orthobiotic. I take that and Bio-Kult so that I get a lot of diversity in my system.

My doctor has always recommended VSL#3 and I alternate it with Theralac, also his recommendation.
I'm told that you shouldn't stick with one brand for too long and to rotate.
With that said, I imagine that the probiotics suggested by others here would also be good choices.
