If I want to start D-Mannose because I feel like I **might** be getting a couple of UTI symptoms,

can I take it while on Doryx and Fluconazole?

The pharmacist has never heard of it, and I can't reach my doc at the moment.

Also, do you take it with food? Without?

Sorry....I have been searching online and just can't find what I need. [Smile]

I have taken D-mannose with just about everything with no problem and my llmd has never mentioned any interactions.

It should be fine. Take according to the directions on the bottle you have. Mine doesn't specify with food or without so I end up taking it both ways.

Hope the symptoms clear quickly!

I take it twice a day no matter what. I take with food but I don't think you have to.

D-Mannose is just a simple sugar, and it is great for preventing and treating UTI's. I always carry a jar on hand. I have the powdered stuff. Yes, you can take it with meds.
