Hello,
My brainfog is getting increasingly worse with treatment over the past couple of months. I feel rather toxic and wondering if it's the Lyme/Bart , the meds. or the die off/ toxic load.

My question: for those with extreme brainfog, what did you do to detox the head?

For me, I currently drink about a 3 quarts of water per day, take glutathione. And started a tincture for detox. Called energetix drainage tone

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Brian66

I found pinella to be helpful for the brain. I got mine through Nutramedix.

Make sure your diet is top-notch and that you are keeping on top of gut issues. Your gut health is a HUGE factor in brain fog and fatigue.

Don't forget to keep up the high quality probiotics.

Tutu,
Thank you!. I am on a no refined sugar diet along with no simple carbs. I eat healthy and clean, but realize I can always make improvements.

I do rotate probiotics and enzymes - which I don't take together and away from any abxs

From what my gut has been through, there is no don't a strong connection to the brain stuff

Thanks again,
Brian66

Like Lyme said, diet. I know a few sick people who can get by neurological symptoms with a strict no carb rule. It's not a fun way to live, but my thinking is night and day when I have 10 carbs as opposed to 50, that's when it starts taking me hrs to get out of bed and I'm really foggy. The positive results take a couple days to kick in (ketogenic diet)

Pinella is considered a brain nerve cleanse. I would get a headache with herxing and I was surprised the pinella relieved it. It was recommended to me to use this in conjunction with burbur and parsley.

I also get relief from a simple remedy of the juice of one lemon squeezed into a glass of water.

Hi Brian,
I found binders helped me the most with the neurotoxins.

I took chlorella, and activated charcoal.

It's important to take it four hours away from all other meds, as it will bind to them and then they won't work.

Also, make sure you are having regular BMs. Sorry for the details, but glutathione and binders only work if you poo them and the toxins they are carrying out.

Coffee enemas seem to clear the brain also, but they aren't for everyone...lol.
I prefer my coffee in my mouth, not my butt, but I will say that the times I did a coffee enema it helped the neurotoxins a lot.
