Hi all,

This is my third time on Mepron - I was bedridden prior to that and did experience some improvements a couple of yrs ago albeit only here and there but was grateful to get out of bed now and then.

Well.. I'm only on 1/2 tsp BID for under a month and have taken a day off here and there - to no avail. OMG - the pain is sooo unbearable!!!

anybody else with horrible fibro/joint/muscle pain? This is not a herx, Mepron has increased my pain in general but now become unbearable! I don't know why I'm reacting this way this time when it was difficult but definitely helpful before!

Art elevates my liver enzymes.

Any input grateful!! thank you!

I remember having severe pain in my muscles and joints when herxing on meds for babesia. I never did take mepron though.

Why do you think it's not a herx?

Have you tried malarone?

Perhaps your liver / kidney support needs some adjusting. And magnesium. Just remember to take such support items a couple hours away from Rx, both clock directions.

If there is anyway to get some gentle massage, that might also be good.

LIVER & KIDNEY SUPPORT & and several HERXHEIMER support links, too.

Like Lymetoo, I had HORRID pain while treating Babesia.

Along with the fibro/joint/muscle pains, I also had this crushing vice grip around my upper torso.

And like Lymetoo, why do you feel this isn't a herx since it sounds pretty classic to what I was dealing with.

With that said, I am now symptom free, but it took a LONG 5 1/2 years of treatment and yes, Babesia was my worst culprit.

Hang in there and keep us posted.

Babesia, in my experience, was the worst pathogen to treat. Its herxes are horrible. Horrible is too small to describe.

I had to eat MSM in spoons several times a day to be able to walk around.

I had babesia twice, from two different bites. Both times, babesia treatment was the worst ever. Borrelia, candida, nothing compares to babesia's herxes.

I bet on herxes too!
