What reputable, online company carries a product you would recommend?
And how often would you suggest rotating probiotics?
Thanks!

I use Natrol Probiotic Acidophilus BioBeads and I get the cheap from vitacost.
you don't have to refrigerate if you don't want to and they are tiny little easy to swallow pills.
they have helped me more than all the other kabillions of stuff I used to buy at $50 a bottle!
as long as you keep your diet good to keep yeast down you don't need that army strength like I was taking before it seems

VSL#3 is great!
Therelac doesn't do much for me either. It is good to rotate them.

My lmd just told me to get VCL3. I take two in the AM and two with dinner. I have noticed a high difference in a week,s time. I got it in Walgreens. Theresa

I take Custom Probiotics and used to take VSL until multiple doctors said it caused constipation

Just curious: How many capsules of Custom Probiotics do people tend to take daily?

There is a great health food store near me. They carry a good probiotic.
By health food store, I mean a store that carries food (generally non-GMO and organic fruits, veggies, meats, etc.). They also carry Jarro-Dophilus which is what I took throughout my lyme treatment.
So, if you have such a store near you, you may be able to get a quality probiotic there. Look in the refrigerated section.
