What supplements do people recommend to protect eyesight from the scary visual side effects that can happen with Plaquenil?

I want to make sure I'm doing everything possible to protect my vision and prevent Plaq ocular toxicity -- I know it's rare, but it's not worth any risk!

I would think antioxidants, lutein, astaxanthine, etc. would be beneficial.

The toxicity from plaquenil is from the drug itself building up in the tissues of the eye. So make sure you have good a detox regimen.

Thanks all -- I'm doing liver support already and coffee enemas for my liver, but I don't know how it would be different for eye detox?? (or not different?).

This supplement does look good and thank you re: suggestions about other supps.
