Could a herx come on from these items (or yeast die off) that causes some very strong anxiety, air hunger, panic or dread feelings?

Yes, it can. I would cut way back on all

and drop oregano oil as that can be just too strong for many. Also, be sure oregano oil is in a GEL cap that won't melt until far down the hatch.

Oregano oil can really burn otherwise.

Be sure your liver support is in good shape, too. But mostly, just cut back until you feel more comfortable. No point in pushing into a herx, try to stay on the good side of that.

what is good for liver support? I take a supplement that contains NAC, Milk Thistle, Dandelion all in one; and also drink dandelion liver health tea as well as lemon water constantly.

can herx cause you to have weird heart palps or skips? skipped beats?
