My son and I have discussed with our Angie that she may need to considering giving one or both of us POA to help her with things. She agrees.
One issue we have is that she needs to get test results that were done locally for the LLMD and a cardiologist. Of course, only she can go and get them, and she is not able to do so.
She had a good day (a few hours) on Friday after the B12, but then crashed for Saturday and Sunday. She barely got out of bed.
My question is, has anyone found a free POA document that can be completed and printed. All I find on line requires a membership in legal sites.

Thank you Pocono. I think I might need it for Ohio. Maybe they have something similar. I am in KY but she is in OH.

Another resource for similar documents can be obtained at your local hospital. They always have them available for patients and families. (Not just for hospitalized people but also those in the community that need to prepare for the future.)
This is how a my mother and grandmother obtained their desired healthcare related documents. Power of attorney and living will.
I'm sorry to hear that your friend is in this situation. You are very kind to be helping her,
